I really like this restaurant! Friendly staff and good location. Their hot noodle dishes suit my taste perfectly. It feels great to enjoy authentic Shaanxi flavours even in London. My friend ordered one of their most popular dishes: Beef Rib with Spring Onion Oil: The beef rib was slow-cooked until tender and full of flavor, served with handmade noodles in fragrant spring onion oil. My friend loved it! I went for:House Special 5 IN 1 Noodle. I’ve had “3-in-1” oil-splash noodles at other Shaanxi restaurants in London, but this “5-in-1” version takes it to another level. If you love noodles, you should try it! The bowl is filled with different types of handmade noodles and colourful ingredients, creating a mix of textures in every bite. So delicious! I like Pork Murger: This is a must-try Shaanxi-style “Chinese burger.” The crispy, toasted bun is stuffed with flavorful, juicy pork. So fragrant and satisfying! Mixed Salad: After eating a lot of meat, this refreshing salad is a great way to balance the flavours. It includes edamame, spinach, and lotus root, mixed with a special dressing that’s tangy, slightly spicy, and very appetizing. We also ordered Deep Fried Spiced Diced Chicken: My friend really enjoyed this dish. The chicken was golden and crispy on the outside, tender on the inside—salty, crunchy, and super tasty! We also had Spicy Gluten Salad: A classic Shaanxi cold dish! The handmade gluten pieces soak up the spicy red oil, making them chewy and flavorful. The heat is just right, and it’s a great side dish to go with your meal. Overall I really enjoyed dinner here.

I recently visited Murger Han City with my family after a trip to the Skygarden, and overall, it was a great experience. The food was absolutely delicious,, the noodles were full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The portions were huge, especially the hand-pulled pasta, which was super satisfying and more than worth the price. It’s definitely a great spot if you’re looking for something tasty and affordable in central London. The only downside was the service, which felt a bit rushed and not particularly attentive. That said, the food more than made up for it. I’d still recommend it if you’re in the area and craving hearty, authentic noodles. Just go in with the expectation that you’re there more for the food than the hospitality.

The Soho location was too busy so I called the city location and they said “come on over, we’ll hold a table for you!” And that was so sweet! We tubed over and service was incredibly fast. This location has a lot more space than the Soho one and is more comfortable. The food is of the same quality but with a larger kitchen the service is super fast, no doubt from practice serving the city lunch crowd!

I have been getting into Xi'an cuisine and Murger Han hits the spot! The atmosphere is relaxed, great for a casual dine out with friends and family (or solo!). I enjoyed everything I had at the restaurant. I absolutely love the Biang Biang noodles. They recently released their Mega Fragrant Beef Ribs with Biang Biang Noodles that I want to try next! Would recommend if you are new to Xi'an cuisine or would like a good spot!

First time there 8th march was such an amazing experience, I have never been before and was blown away by the food. The massive portion sizes and unlimited noodles which we was unable to take advantage of being so full and satisfied, the Murger was so delicious. Also got given a free tote bag and magnet due to women’s day which was unbelievably kind. Can’t wait to return with family and friends

Beef braised noodles & chicken & pork spicy noodles were fantastic. The spicy level was perfect for me however if you have a low tolerance ask for less spice. Overall our group enjoyed the food very much! The lychee drink was refreshing and helped toned down the spice level.

My wife, our baby boy and I were here for lunch in April 2025. The staff is very (child) friendly and professional. The food is excellent, very fresh and tasty. We had no reaason to complain. We‘ll be back!

Great place to go for dinner especially after visiting the Sky Garden! The taste was excellent & so flavorful. The quality in the hand pulled noodles, wow. Not pictured, but my girlfriend loved the cold sesame noodles for something more “simple.” We absolutely loved the pork murger! The chopsticks are huge & fun, but you can ask for smaller ones too if needed!
